Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the terms of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. The product cannot be exchanged after this period.
  2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs when requesting an exchange. In the case of international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. If the product has defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

A consumer is not eligible to exchange a product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to specifications requested by the consumer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other similar materials.
  4. If the product has developed defects due to improper handling by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. If the contract involves purchasing software downloads over the internet.

Return Policy
